Supreme Court Upholds Ban on Ex-Jharkhand CM Madhu Koda from Contesting Election - 15.11.2019

Supreme Court has upheld the ban on former Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda from contesting the upcoming assembly election in Jharkhand. However, it issued a notice to the Election Commission while responding to a petition filed by Koda against his disqualification by the apex poll panel in 2017.
