Bombay HC: Compulsory Workshops Must be Conducted to Make Officials Aware of Disabilities Act, 2016 - 14.11.2019

Bombay High Court has ruled that the State Government must conduct training programmes and workshops in order to make State Officials aware of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
