J&K High Court: Ex-Militants Can’t Get Govt. Job Back - 23.12.2015

Jammu & Kashmir HC has rejected a petition seeking re-employment under the state's rehabilitation policy for surrendered militants and held that a government-servant-turned-militant cannot get his job back under the policy.
