Karnataka High Court: Mere Allegations in Suicide Note not Enough to Invoke Charges under Section 306 - 08.11.2019

Karnataka High Court has while granting anticipatory bail to an Accused charged under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 observed that merely allegations in the death note that the Petitioner and others are responsible for his death would not be sufficient to come to the conclusion that the Petitioner has committed the said offence.
