Delhi High Court: Court cannot Quash Disability Certificate Issued by Medical Authority - 08.11.2019

Delhi High Court has ruled that when a disability certificate is issued by a competent medical authority the plea demanding the quashing of such certificate cannot be granted by a Court of law.
