Punjab and Haryana High Court Raps Excise Officials for ‘Arbitrary’ Grant of Liquor Licences - 08.11.2019

Punjab and Haryana High Court has rapped the Haryana Excise and Taxation Commissioner and Ambala Deputy Excise and Taxation Commissioner in a case revolving around the grant of liquor licences. The Court has slapped costs of Rs 25,000 on each of them. Further the amount is to be paid personally.
