Karnataka High Court Enhances Compensation to Youth who Lost Genitals in Road Accident - 06.11.2019

Karnataka High Court has increased the compensation granted to a youth who lost his genitals in a road accident from Rs 2,70,000 to Rs 24 lakh awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. The Court observed that the nature of the injuries was so severe that it has literally changed the life of the victim and put him in a miserable situation.
