AP High Court Vacates Stay on Genco’s Pre-closure Order - 01.11.2019

Andhra Pradesh High Court has vacated the stay imposed by it on the order given by APGenco for termination of the Polavaram hydel power plant contract which was awarded to Navayuga Engineering Company Limited.
