Rajasthan HC Quashes Cattle Smuggling Case Against Pehlu Khan & Ors. - 31.10.2019

Rajasthan High Court has quashed a chargesheet filed against Haryana dairy farmer Pehlu Khan, who was allegedly smuggling the cattle. The relief covered Khan’s two sons and the owner of the pick-up truck in which they were transporting the cattle.
