Madras HC Pulls up State Government for Toddler’s Death in Borewell - 30.10.2019

Madras High Court has pulled up Tamil Nadu Government for waiting an incident like the death of two year older toddler after falling into an abandoned borewell before implementing steps to prevent further tragedies.
