Telangana HC Dismisses Habeas Corpus Pleas Filed By Wives of Two Arrested Leaders - 30.10.2019

Telangana HC while dismissing the habeas corpus pleas filed by the wives of two leaders of Telangana Praja Front and Telangana Vidyardhi Vedika has held that petitioners are free to challenge the arrest separately if they have any grievance against the process.
