Delhi High Court Issues Notice to NDMC on Wrongful Eviction of Street Vendors - 25.10.2019

Delhi High Court has issued notice to the New Delhi Municipal Corporation and the SHO Connaught Place Police Station in a public interest litigation challenging the public notice which led to the eviction of various street vendors from the Jama Masjid area.
