Bombay High Court Confirms Death Sentence to Trio who Raped and Killed Teen - 24.10.2019

Bombay High Court has confirmed death penalty for three men from Ahmednagar district who had raped a 16-year-old girl multiple times and tortured her to death in 2014. In view of the brutalities committed the Court said that the convicts cannot be allowed to return to society. The Court noted that the case had met all the requirements to be considered the rarest of a rare case.
