Delhi HC: There Should Be ‘Protocol’ for Demolition - 23.12.2015

Delhi HC has irked over the manner in which a West Delhi slum cluster was recently razed to the ground and said there should be a protocol to carry out future demolition drives in Delhi by keeping in mind constitutional rights of the individual.
