Delhi High Court Poser to Governments Over NH-9 Fines - 23.10.2019

Delhi High Court has sought Centre and Delhi Government’s reply on a plea seeking refund of challans issued for overspeeding on NH-9 between August and October 10, after the amended Motor Vehicles Act kicked in.
