Court Directs to File FIR Against SIT Members that Investigated Kathua Rape-Murder Case - 23.10.2019

Local Court has directed the police to file a First Investigation Report against six members of the Special Investigation Team which probed the case, for allegedly torturing and coercing witnesses to give false statements. The Court gave the direction to Senior Superintendent of Police of Jammu saying cognisable offences are made out against the six members.
