Punjab and Haryana HC Rejects Petitions, Refuses to Quash Case Registered by ED - 23.12.2015

Punjab and Haryana HC has rejected petitions filed by Ajay Singh, city advocate Mukesh Mittal’s clerk and two other associates, challenging case registered by Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Chandigarh branch, in alleged multi-crore money laundering case.
