Kerala High Court: Individual Partner Cannot Claim Eviction on Ground for his Occupation of Building - 22.10.2019

Kerala High Court has ruled that an individual partner cannot claim eviction on the ground of bonafide need for his or her occupation of the building owned by partnership firm. The Court also held that eviction petition filed by a partnership firm on the ground of bonafide need for the occupation of a legal heir of a partner is not maintainable.
