Bombay HC Raps State Govt. over Bad Services of MSRTC - 23.12.2015

Bombay HC has rapped State Government over allowing illegal private transport operators to take away passengers from outside Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) depots, causing the corporation a daily loss of Rs20 crore. The court also told MSRTC to provide better services.
