Kerala High Court Upholds Job Quota for Arrack Workers - 22.12.2015

Kerala High Court has upheld a single judge’s directive to State Government to implement a 2002 government order providing 25 per cent of daily wage employment in the Kerala State Beverages Corporation to displaced arrack workers.
