Kerala High Court: CCTV Footage not Material Object, Accused Entitled to Get Digital Copy - 14.10.2019

Kerala High Court has ruled that CCTV footage of a crime is not a material object and therefore the Accused is entitled to receive a copy if it as per Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
