Bombay High Court: Fundamental Duty of MACT to Arrive at Conclusion and Award Fair Compensation - 14.10.2019

Bombay High Court has ruled that it is the fundamental duty of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal to arrive at a proper conclusion and award just and fair compensation. The Court concluded that ‘cryptic judgment’ passed by MACT deserves remand and allowed the appeal of the Insurance Company.
