Tripura High Court: Documents Forming Genesis of Opinion of Authority Should be Supplied to Detenu - 11.10.2019

Tripura High Court has clarified that the documents forming genesis of an order of preventive detention necessarily have to be supplied to the detenu as soon as possible and also directed Petitioner’s release on the sole ground of non-compliance of the same.
