Gujarat High Court Rejects Sanjiv Bhatt’s Plea as he has Little Respect for Courts - 11.10.2019

Gujarat High Court has rejected the application for suspension of sentence of Sanjiv Bhatt in the 1990 custodial death case. The Court has cited that former IPS officer had “scant respect for the courts” and “scant regard for the truth” as reasons for rejecting his application.
