NCLT: Sole Proprietary Concern Cannot Start Insolvency Proceedings - 11.10.2019

National Company Law Tribunal Delhi has ruled that since a Sole Proprietary Concern is not a person under Section 3(23) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 it cannot initiate insolvency proceedings.
