SC: Extension of Time will not Discharge Plaintiff of Obligation to Prove Readiness and Willingness - 11.10.2019

Supreme Court has ruled that mere extension of time for deposit of balance sale consideration will not exonerate the Plaintiff of obligation to prove readiness and willingness to perform his part in an agreement for sale.
