Fadnavis Papers: Bombay High Court Seeks Information on Data Protection - 11.10.2019

Bombay High Court has asked the election authorities to inform the “procedure and arrangements” it has made to preserve electronic data including the mobile phone of the returning officer of South West Nagpur constituency, his official computer, CCTV footage and the nomination papers of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
