Delhi HC: Delhi Air Pollution Situation is Of An ‘Emergency Nature’ - 22.12.2015

Delhi HC has rapped Delhi and Central Governments for failing to comply with its orders seeking information and action plans to tackle air pollution in the national capital and surrounding areas. The court further said that Delhi pollution is of an emergency nature.
