Bombay High Court Extends Order Restricting DHFL from Making Further Payments to its Creditors - 11.10.2019

Bombay High Court has restrained Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL) from making further payments or disbursements to any unsecured creditors until further orders. Earlier the Court had restrained DHFL from paying dues to any lender until October 10.
