Bomaby HC Stays State Order to Suspend Life Term of 11 Cops in Lakhan Bhaiyya Encounter Case - 22.12.2015

Bombay HC has granted interim stay on Maharashtra Government’s orders to suspend conviction of 11 policemen sentenced to life imprisonment for fake encounter of alleged Chhota Rajan gang member Ramnarayan Gupta alias Lakhan Bhaiya in November 2006. The sentence was suspended for six months.
