SC: Availability of Appellate Remedy can be 'Near Total Bar' for Exercising Supervisory Jurisdiction - 04.10.2019

Supreme Court has observed that the availability of an appellate remedy in terms of the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure can be construed as a ‘near total bar’ for the exercise of supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of Constitution of India.
