Kerala High Court : Mineral Water Unit Permissible in ESAs - 21.12.2015

Kerala HC has held that mineral water manufacturing units can be allowed in the Ecologically Sensitive Areas (ESAs) in State as ESA demarcation notification did not prohibit the same.
