INX Media Case: Delhi High Court Refuses Bail to Chidambaram - 30.09.2019

Delhi High Court has refused bail to former Union Minister P Chidambaram in the INX Media corruption case. The Court observed that despite the fact that he being the former Union Finance Minister, Home Minister and presently a Member of Parliament with deep roots in society and long-standing in the Bar, the “possibility” of him influencing the witnesses cannot be ruled out.
