Delhi High Court Seeks Probe Agency Reply on DK Shivakumar's Bail Plea - 30.09.2019

Delhi High Court has sought the Enforcement Directorate's reply on the bail plea of Karnataka Congress leader D K Shivakumar in a money-laundering case. Shivakumar, arrested in a case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 by the Enforcement Directorate , approached the High Court challenging the lower court's order denying him bail.
