Delhi High Court:Employee Can Pull Out Request for Voluntary Retirement Anytime Before its Acceptance - 30.09.2019

Delhi High Court has ruled that an application for voluntary retirement is an offer by the employee and anytime before its acceptance the employee would be entitled to withdraw the same.
