Apex Court Stays Madras High Court Order Transferring Sexual Harassment Probe Against DVAC Director - 30.09.2019

Apex Court has stayed the Madras High Court's order transferring the investigation into sexual harassment allegations against S Murugan, Joint Director of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC), from Tamil Nadu to Telangana.
