Bom HC Directs Authorities to Provide Help to Man who Stabbed Woman After She Rejected His Proposal - 27.09.2019

Bombay High Court has directed the Superintendent, Thane Prison to provide psychiatric help to a man accused of stabbing a woman who turned down his proposal. The Court dismissed the bail application filed on behalf of the accused while observing that the mental condition of the man makes him a danger to the Complainant’s well being.
