Delhi HC: DDCA Can't Hold Twenty20 World Cup Without Compliances Certificate - 21.12.2015

Delhi High Court has said that Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) will not be allowed to host ICC World Twenty20 matches unless it acquires completion certificate and requisite compliances.
