Jammu and Kashmir High Court Quashes Preventive Detention - 27.09.2019

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has quashed the preventive detention of Masood Ahmad Bhat dated January 22. The court said the detenu, a resident of Chidder, Kulgam district should be released from preventive custody forthwith.
