Delhi HC Refuses to Take Plea for Law to Ban Cow Slaughter - 21.12.2015

Delhi High Court has refused to entertain a petition seeking enactment of a law prohibiting slaughter of cows, saying that issue is beyond the domain of judicial decision and it's a policy matter.
