Google Wins Landmark "Right-To-Be-Forgotten" Case in Top European Union Court - 24.09.2019

In a land mark case, European Court of Justice has ruled that Google does not have to apply the right to be forgotten globally which means that firm needs to remove links from its search results only in Europe and not anywhere else in the world, after receiving an appropriate request.
