Karnataka HC Slams Cop Who Made "Courtesy Call" To a Party In Person - 24.09.2019

Karnataka High Court has slammed a police officer of the State Intelligence Department, who made a phone call to a petitioner (party-in-person) to collect details of the plea filed by him in the court.
