Gujarat HC Suspends 10 Years Jail Term Awarded to Man who Made 'Beef' Biryani for Daughter's Marriage - 23.09.2019

Gujarat High Court has suspended the ten year jail sentence imposed on a man convicted for ‘Cow Slaughter’. The Court observed that the Accused was only alleged to have used the beef while preparing biryani for celebrating the marriage ceremony of his own daughter.
