NGT Denies Scientist's Plea Seeking Closure of Delhi Secretariat - 21.12.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has denied to take plea by a scientist seeking a direction to close down Delhi Secretariat building on ground that it violates mandatory pollution norms.
