SC Issues Notice on Plea Against Order Declining to Quash FIR on Grounds of Sedition Against Tribals - 20.09.2019

Supreme Court has issued notice on a petition challenging the judgment of the Jharkhand High Court which declined to quash an FIR for sedition registered against four Adivasi activists for allegedly inciting violence by making Facebook posts supporting ‘Pathalgadi’ movement of Munda tribal community.
