Supreme Court: No Provision for Combining of Multiple Cases Arising Out of Single Notice - 20.09.2019

Supreme Court has observed that there was no provision for consolidation of cases in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 thereby declining a plea to combine multiple cheque bouncing cases against the Accused which emanate from a single notice.
