Jharkhand Police Reinstate Murder Charge against All Accused in Tabrez Ansari Lynching Case - 19.09.2019

Based on a fresh medical report, the police filed a supplementary charge-sheet before a court retaining Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against the 11 accused.
