Punjab and Haryana HC Orders FIR to be Filed Against 33 Officials in Punjab Custodial Death Case - 18.12.2015

Punjab and Haryana High Court has ordered Punjab Police to register FIR on charges of murder against 33 government officials of Amritsar Central Jail and some officers of district administration and revenue departments in a custodial death of an undertrial in a drugs case, in November 2013.
