Telangana High Court to Bank: Cannot Dismiss Staff for Being Overqualified - 16.09.2019

Telangana High Court has ruled that hiding one’s educational qualification in order to secure a low-level job may be misconduct but is not a grave crime that warrants termination of such an employee from service.
