Bombay High Court to MahaRERA: Decide if RERA is Applicable - 16.09.2019

Bombay High Court has ruled while providing relief to the residents of the Wadala-based New Cuffe Parade apartments that the Adjudicating Officer or the judge of the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) must decide if the provisions of the RERA law be invoked against Lodha developers in the case. The residents had challenged the orders of the Adjudicating Officer of the MahaRERA, who had referred their complaints to a full bench of the Tribunal.
